CraftLyst was founded in 2024 with one clear purpose: to make it easier for creative talent to be seen and for the right opportunities to find them.
The creative industry has always run on relationships — but too often, the right people simply never connected. Talented actors, directors, and crew spent hours searching fragmented job boards and social feeds for opportunities that matched their craft. Producers and casting agents, in turn, sifted through inboxes and relied on word of mouth to find the people their projects needed. CraftLyst was built to change that.
CraftLyst launched its platform in late 2025. Today, it serves creative professionals and industry partners across the globe, with ambitions to become the defining home for creative talent worldwide.
